What we expect from you
About the role
As a server at Flaman, you are the main point of contact for our guests. You welcome them, take orders, and serve dishes and drinks with care and attention. You work closely with your colleagues in the front of house and the kitchen, contributing to a pleasant work environment.
You are social, hospitable, and enjoy getting things done. Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus, but not a requirement. We value enthusiasm, a sense of responsibility, and team spirit more than a long CV.
